Stuart Shaw
Founder and CEO
Stuart Shaw serves as the CEO of Valencia Hardwoods. In this role, he focuses on leading the vision, culture, and direction of the company while mentoring the next generation of executive leaders through the enterprise.
Stuart has an extensive 40 year background in commercial real estate and is the visionary and original developer behind Austin’s Downtown Warehouse and Second Street districts.
His other ventures include founding Bonner Carrington, a portfolio of multifamily apartment home communities located throughout Texas.

Mark Morrison
Director of Operations
Mark Morrison serves as the Director of Operations for Valencia Hardwoods. Coming from a family with three generations of roots in the timber industry, Mark began his career selling forest products to lumber and distribution yards.
After a few years spent in the tech industry, he returned to timber by selling hardwood lumber sourced entirely from independent, family mills throughout the United States to worldwide customers.
Mark joined the original Valencia Hardwoods team in 2016 to oversee operations.

Director of Interior Design and Customer Relations
Veronica Morrison serves as the Director of Interior Design and Customer Relations at Valencia Hardwoods. Starting her career in the fashion industry, Veronica developed a keen eye for style and a passion for creativity. She established a career as a buyer and lead stylist before transitioning into a sales team role at an Austin startup.
Her unique blend of style knowledge and business acumen allowed her to move seamlessly into interior design. Passionate about cultivating relationships, delivering exceptional service, and interior design, Veronica dedicates herself to exceeding client expectations.
